    HELP - Google Play Problem - Impossible to buy the promotion!

    Friends and Redlynx,

    Please help me. I never needed to buy anything until now. But since yerterday I am trying to buy "The Bird man package" but every time I try show the message bellow:





    So, I saw the configuration on the Google Play and it don't give me the option to enter my internacional credit card data. Only shows the same massage:



    I know this subject is a little out off limits of the forum but I already tried a lot of things without sucess. I cleaned my google account, reset the cellphone and insert my account again and nothing.

    I tried many solutions that I found on internet with the same result. I even sent I e-mail to google play support without any return until now.

    I will be glad with any help.

    P.S. I have another google account with another e-mail adress that shows credit card data but I deleted it during the above procedure. But when it was active the game only saw the account that has the problem. I think that's because my ubsoft account uses the same e-mail adress. I can try to add the google account that work again but without the game recognize it don't worth the effort.

    Hello Gustavo,

    I had the same problem but in others paid apps and add ons on google play, it's a credit card problem, not it's a game problem,
    i need a question for you: Is your card a credit card o debit card?
    When i had my first card was a debit and it kind of card on my country (Colombia) is not available to buy on internet, if you have a credit card you should not have to buy on google play.
    Check if you google account is registered with your living country, some credit cards can't buy on internet when you're registered that you from in a other country? (Example: if you account say you from United States and your credit card opened in Portugal, it credit card will not work)
    I don't think that your problem must be neither for you Ubisoft account.
    Today i can buy anything on internet.
    I hope to have helped you on anything.

    Thanks ElFilantropo and sorry about my delay in response.

    I try to include a card through google wallet but some way my google account was linked with my e-mail account server. So he limit the google products that I can acess include google wallet.

    I created a new google account and it allowed acess google wallet this time and inserto my international credit card.

    But I can find where I can change my e-mail adress in Ubsoft account without lost all my progress.

    So I continue without buy anything.

    Here's how you can change your E-Mail address.....

    Go to Uplays home site (which should be at https://uplay.ubi.com if not then simply Google "Uplay" and you will find it) When you are there Sign-in with your usual details, then hover your mouse pointer over your name (top-left of the screen) and you'll get 3 more options open-up underneath, simply click on "Account Information" then you should be able to see your existing E-Mail address on the right of the page, now click the yellow "Change" button that's next to it and it will tell you how to change your E-Mail address ok !?
