Yeti Fur missions - where are they | Forums

(sorry for separate thread - this was posted on one of the other threads but didn't seem to be getting any response)

how are you supposed to enable the yeti fur missions? i have them on my secondary account but not on my primary one. it seems unfair that these are being staged, it seems as if some people are getting it before others

has anyone got the yeti fur missions yet - maybe they are for the new outfits, who knows. i am not sure if i am bothered, other than i am bothered by not being able to choose whether to do them.

You unlock the Yeti Fur missions once you have unlocked Walrus Road.

i have unlocked container grounds which is the fourth track and i still do not see the yeti fur missions!
oh joy - this is going to turn into a support forum thread - why am i left with the overhwhelming feeling that i would rather boil my own head.
is there anyone else out there having the same issue that wants to join me in a "class action" support ticket

Are you sure you activated the mission from the old man in the Saloon?

playing on two devices so i don't remember every screen gesture that i have made. I cant recall doing anything different on the two devices.
if it is unlocking walrus road then something has gone wrong as i have definitely unlocked walrus road and it has fired the event to unlock yeti fur missions
posting a support ticket now

I think I just realized what the problem is. You have to unlock all the Data Cubes and go through the Dark Machine track, before the Old Man (short one with glasses) in the Saloon can give you the Yeti quest.

This did it for me.

Actually I think that is true, because You can't have 2 separate missions going on with same guy.
And a bugger if you dont have all the needed tracks from slots wheel to collect all cubes...

I haven't found all of the data cubes yet, but I was able to unlock the Yeti missions, so that can't be it.

If the old man doesn't show up in the home shack/saloon, you may have to reinstall the game and see if that helps.

Did you have datacube missions active while the Yeti missions started? Meaning that was the old man visible on saloon before the update?
