Stuck gift box need help clearing | Forums

Not sure if this happened right after the newest update but I have a stuck gift box now. It never shows any gifts incoming and when I try to claim gifts, it just sits in the screen where it has the claim gifts and send gifts with no information on either side and only swirling circles on both panes. This has been going on for hours now. I've deleted the game cache and that didn't help.

Since I play under more than one profile, I'm not sure if this happened under this profile but one time as I claimed gifts the game crashed in the middle of claiming gifts. This was when I first noticed that I got more than a couple of thousand points since that was the max from the last update per box so this happened right after the newest update.

I'm having trouble with the gift box, I can not send or receive gifts because they are the two arrows to rotate and does not pass away. Someone help me???
