    Trials Fusion 1 Year Anniversary

    Time seems to fly, doesn’t it?


    One year ago everyone from RedLynx, as well as our fellow Trials devs from Kiev, Pune and Shanghai were huddled around our PCs working on messaging. In each studio there was the first, that first person who saw that Trials Fusion was now available on a console and said “we’re live”. There is no greater tension, mixed with elation, and even a hint of worry, than when something that has had hundreds of people, working thousands of hours for years releasing their creation into the wild.

    With Trials Fusion, we lived that moment five different times by releasing on Playstation 4, Steam, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Uplay. It’s been different for us than previous games. Trials Fusion is the biggest and most ambitious game in the Trials franchise.

    4 hardware platforms, the completion of 6 DLCs for the Season Pass, 7 huge game updates, X-Supercross Online Multiplayer, Single Lane Multiplayer, Teams, Tournaments, the Replay Camera and Branching Driving Lines have all been added over the last year. Multiple Track Central revisions, the addition of the Ninja feeds in Track Central. Numerous contests, hundreds of Trials Live streams… There has been a tremendous amount of work that has gone into expanding and refining what Trials Fusion is.


    They may not see it, but I want to say how awesome dev teams are. Everyone who worked on the game from sound design to UI, level design to modeling, 2D art to game design and even behind the scenes players like HR & IT have spent the last year working towards delivering on the promise we made with Fusion. The last year has been intense, it’s been non-stop, it’s been amazing, and it couldn’t have been done without you, the Trials Community. RedLynx and Trials are lucky enough to have some of the greatest fans there are. You’ve created videos, artwork, tutorials and more tracks than we ever could. You’ve bested our times to reach times that we may only be able to dream about.

    We brought some of the community into RedLynx as part of the team. We have invited players to come and hang out with us at the studios during streams. There have been international competitions of Trials skill. It's been a lot of fun meeting, hanging out and playing Trials with all of you and we looked foorward to seeing more of you both face to face and on the leaderboards as Fusion continues to evolve.

    This Thursday, April 16th, we will be taking a massive journey through the history of Trials on our Twitch channel. We’ll go through some Trials Legends, Trials 2 SE, Trials HD, Trials Evolution and Trials Fusion. We’ll talk about some of our favorite things, but we want to hear about your experiences as well. This isn’t some 2 hour stream, so bring some drinks and snacks, and get ready to wax nostalgic with us on what’s come before, and what you think and hope comes next in the world of Fusion.


    We are a year into release, but we aren’t done yet.

    Any chance of a proper flashback of Trials? With stats, with video of ALL games (I can send you the zip files for the first if you don't have them), with comments from devs and QA.
