    What to do if game starts crashing at the launch after the FROSTOPOCALYPSE update

    FROSTOPOCALYPSE is on but unfortunately some players started to experience crashing problems after the update.

    So if you are one of the unfortunates and your game crashes after the starting logos now, here is what you can do:

    1. Delete the game and install the game again from the Appstore
    2. Play tutorial and missions 'A New Start' and 'Introductions'
    3. Connect to Uplay and download your game progress from the SERVER
    4. All the DLC content gets downloaded again and the game does not crash anymore

    reinstalled the game and do not have more to connect to Uplay

    I spent the 3 phases

    did everything right

    I arrive in the village and has no option connect Uplay

    After playing the tutorial (3 tracks) and completing the first 2 missions ('A New Start' and 'Introductions'), go back to Village and you should see a connection button in the top. From there you should be able to connect to Uplay.

    Hey I'm playing on a Motorola Razr i and even after reinstalling the Game twice it still crashes after the "checking download" screen.

    What else can I do?

    Hi, I was getting crashes before the game loaded after the update, so I deleted and reinstalled, but noticed I also don't have the uplay icon that used to exist next to the parts icon either.

    Am I missing something in order to connect - I've checked through all the options and couldn't see anything else?

    Screenshot here to show that there is no uplay icon like I had previously! Would appreciate any help to get going again... Thanks

    Based on how you don't have any coins or gems, it looks like you didn't complete the first 2 missions like T0ffler said to...

    Finally back in

    Thank you for the instructions on how to get my account back.
    Locked out for 3 days, since the update.
    I play several times a day and lost a lot of progress.
    At least I'm back in, I guess.

    Ah, you're quite right - finished off those and was able to reconnect to uplay and download my progress from the server, phew!

    The workaround is not working

    Dear all,

    The work around of deleting the game, re-installing, downloading server data is not working for me for the winter update.
    I also reset the iphone did not work.

    I did both tricks twice. As the percentage meter gets to 100% when downloading the server data. I get downloading paused check your internet.


    P.S. I've done the trick before and it worked during the last update. This time its not working.

    Help?
