Thanks for confirming the Polar Vortex is also a price, its a little weird we have to spend diamonds on an outfit we have "won".
I got confused by this and also because it doesnt exactly look like a 'warm outfit'.

I see the announcement for this new event every time I start the game, but there is no new content.
No missions, no maps, none of the things that are announced here.

What do I have to do in order to see it?

I need a little help guys, I accept the mision where I need to get the sticks,and then I accepted the mission where I collect the fur for the outfit,but I can't nowhere see the mission with the sticks(I see where I should ride, but the guy is gone) should I first finish the fur mission? And maybe it'll come back?

I've got the same issue, I've opened 4 tracks and I'm unable to progress further. Can someone please advise what to do?
