Oh hey, the update finally made the progress for the legs for the squirrel suit finally register the gifts I sent. Now I just need the 180 gems to actually purchase it...
The new Bunker season has the same prizes as the first ever season, so it looks like if we missed any of the bike skins from previous ones we'll be able to get them when they come back. Right now I have all of the current season's, so I'll just aim for Donkey blueprints.

Also, I'm at 15% on the Arctic Leaderboard right now. Looks like I am getting that cool Armadillo skin on Wednesday.

I am just glad we are getting a Phantom skin finally!

The ways to get blueprint pieces are from getting them on the showdown loot wheel (and winning the showdown), buying pieces from the chip shop, buying pieces using gems (25 each), and from the Season Prizes. Just keep going and you should be able to afford/find all the pieces.

I am still wondering what the fifth outfit will look like and when it will appear. According to the opening popup there are 5 new outfits, yet only 4 appear in the outfit customization area.

i think it is like the platium knight costume but with ice on it. the helmet is shown on the popup.

but i don't know why there are only 4 in the outfit customization area.

There are 5 warm outfits to be won during this event, so far we have Artic Explorer. The other 3 new outfits can't be won only purchased (with real money or diamonds). So we are still missing 4 outfits it think.

I'm not sure if polar vortex is a price because i havent unlocked the helmet yet.

not exactly. since the update, I have the birdman, 'vortex' and 'polar' costumes (not sure of the correct names as my game is in Russian). my arctic screen is showing 2 out of 5 costume boxes ticked. my assumption is, we're still waiting for three more costumes, which we will have to 'earn' (similar to 'polar') - one for each remaining week.
Yeti costume will need to be bought via special offer in the end of frostpocalypse. my guess
