Far Cry 4 - Display driver stopped responding and has recovered

Get today first driver crash in Far Cry 4. Application stopped. Then i saw on events: Nvlddmkm Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Its very random , sometimes i can play even 24 hours without driver crash and sometimes like today its crashed driver after 5 minutes of started game.
Its problem with driver or my its just my card? ( i am using stock Asus Strix 980 ). I am using the newest drivers. All other games runs without even single crash. I tested Unigine Heaven for 10 hours, without crash. I tested Metro Last Light for few hours without crash too.

Only Far Cry 4 sometimes crash after 5 minutes, but mostly often i can play 24 hours without driver crash.

    Using 347.88 WHQL.

All my pc is stock, cpu is 4790k stock. GPU is on stock too.

From what i know, crashing display driver Nvlddmkm its always graphic card ( hardware ) failure? Rma graphic card?

Nvlddmkm crashes looks more related to driver conflict/instability, i already got this issue in past with another game, crash after crashes with Nvlddmkm error then i changed driver and things get fine.

First step is trying different drivers with clean install. The problem can be related to specific game too so before suposing its hardware try another games and drivers. If the problem persist to this game only its not your hardware fault.

My linked suggestion here is still the advice and troubleshooting steps that you need to follow, until you work through that and report back with your findings, there's nothing we can do to help you <- no matter how many forums you continue to ask the same questions on!

    Ok . My system is:
    CPU - 4790 stock
RAM - 8 gb ram vengeance
    PSU - Corsair RM 750
    Mobo: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark2
GPU: Asus Strix 980 OC by factory only
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Listen.

First i went from 344.75 WHQL to newest drivers 347.88 WHQL and then i was had random driver crashing in Far Cry 4. Nvlddmkm Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Application stopped. Then i saw on events: Nvlddmkm Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Its very random .
Then i try 350.05 HOTFIX and all was fine , i played 24 hours without driver crash. After that i installed today 350.12 WHQL ( GTA V ready ) and problem with crashing back, after 5 minutes of play, app crash with driver nvlddmkm recovery.

So when i was using 344.75 WHQL and 350 HOTFIX all was fine in Far Cry 4.

    So:
    344.75 WHQL - no crashing
    350 HOTFIX - no crashing
350.12 WHQL - crashing video driver in Far Cry 4
347.88 WHQL - crashing video driver in Far Cry 4

Its something with my card if on 2 versions of drivers my card are not stable?

    "344.75 WHQL - no crashing
    350 HOTFIX - no crashing"

So the card is fine (as was the other that you RMA'ed).

Without YOU doing some work and troubleshooting then giving us details, we cannot tell you more - read the link about TDR troubleshooting, work through the suggestions, report back.

But somebody say"Modern NVIDIA GPU drivers push the GPUs harder, and sometimes they were clocked too high at the factory."
Is this because driver 350.12 WHQL driver pushes the card harder and is simply revealing a problem with card?
