On Android:
Settings > Apps > Trials Frontier > Clear data
Then you'll have to log in and download the save from cloud.
If you're lucky like me, the ad mentioned in the first post will pop out immediately after coming to the bunker.

Be careful, if you clear DATA it clears your save from the local file, and if you save over it all your progress will be gone. Make sure to load the file from the server when it asks, not the local one.

I still not getting the free gift.i have an iPhone. Ive exited and re entered the game a dozen times. I've logged in and out of uplay. I've deleted the game twice, renown loaded, and restored game from server. Still no gift. Help?

Submit a ticket but don't try to involve your game-save. It's just 50 gems; not worth the risk, IMO
