Received a pop up notification about an anniversary gift but don't see any gift. Any ideas?

I've been on n and out of the bunker all day, closed and opened the game many times. Still no anniversary gift, not that I need it, but I'm sure most do.

I received it the second time I logged in to Frontier. It should show up like the 'Limited time deal' pop ups you get for Bundles, except this one is free.

Logged out of Uplay and switched over to my iphone and got the free gift.

I know how to clear my browser cache, but the game? How do you do that?
