I have had a problem with very different sound level when in game for a long time and just recently figured out that it was The Crew lowering the volume level when I press "CONTINUE" to get into the game. As you can see of the screenshots I have attached, there's a significant difference and it's all done by the Crew the minute I press CONTINUE.
I know it's easy to raise level manually, but is there a way to adjust so the level doesn't lower? I have all sound settings in game to max (Except music - it's turned all the way to off).
Here's a screenshot before I press Continue - see the volume level for The Crew
And here's after I get into the game. The level is now set to almost off. Just done by the game and I have to raise it to be audible.

Hi,
I see that I totally forgot about this and just learned to live with it changing the volume every time I log into The Crew. It's the same now with the Beta of Wild Run.
I have now deactivated Voice Chat:
And here's the in-game sound menu:
It's not the end of the world, as you might understand since I haven't really followed up on this, but it is a bit annoying.
This crap is STILL NOT FIXED! I CANNOT PLAY THE GAME WITHOUT MY CUSTOM MUSIC PLAYLIST! BIG ******G FAIL ON UBISOFT'S END! I have tried everything from turning the "do nothing" setting in the communications sound properties, blocking the game's exe from taking control of audio devices etc... tried to alt-tab out of the game to check volume and it's still at 100 percent but the sound is still decreased! THIS IS THE MOST IGNORANT STRESSFUL SITUATION WITH A GAME I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We can only support in English on this Forum.
If you are also missing sound in-game, can you please confirm;
- The output devices you've used so far
- Your in-game sound settings
- If all other game sounds / console sounds are present
Thank you
