PC upgrade
My problem is pretty simple.
Whenever i play tracks with a lot of particle effects (snow, rain, fog etc.) my game goes into slow-mo mode. I've come to the conclusion that i need to upgrade my graphics card, but i'm not 100%. I have temporarily "solved" the problem by reducing the resolution, but i would really like to play the game in full 1920x1080. Now i would like to ask what you guys would recommend? Currently i have AMD Radeon R7 200 Series. Feel free to ask for more info if you need.

What model is it exactly? R7 240, R7 260X,...?
It also depends on your current CPU (no use getting a better GPU if the CPU then bottlenecks) and on how much you want to spend.
If you want to stay with Radeon: R9 280X or R9 290X
And my recommendations for nVidia: GTX 960 or GTX 970
