There was a "69" paintjob that appeared in the Loot of Wheel and I earned it. But now no signs of it . Was it taken from the game? I can´t find that paint...

It has happend to me. I won the Venom job for the Ber and lost it in the garage. You can wait to get it on the wheel again, or try to open a support ticket.

But does the paint exist or not? Which bike is it? I may have it but I just don't remember how that "69" paint looks like...

They used to have 69 painted on the side of the brownish/army paintjob for Jackal, which is second from the original red one. Now they took 69 off, but paintjob is obviously still there - you may want to check your garage again
