Can you let me know if this is still the case? You edited your comment quite late but maybe the server hadn't switched over yet. Let me know what it looks like today and if you've received your spoils or not

edit: there might indeed be a bug, we'll be investigating but we need as much info as possible regarding it so I might follow up with some specific questions

Checked again now. No daily salary, and rank has been reset.

Lets be fair, its been months now and this is not getting any closer to being fixed. It gets more broken by every patch that gets released.

Here is a suggestion:

Just give everyone a minimum of 10 000 faction spoils. This will solve a lot of problems because if you manage to push the daily salary out ONCE, everyone will get the trophy. This will make a lot of players happy because there are many people only still hanging on to this game because they have 98% and just waiting for this to get fixed. This would also be at your best interest, because there would be far less complaining on this forum.

the current issue actually has nothing to do with the previous one afaik. It's popped up due to the new faction system. Unfortunately there is a bug and we'll be investigating it so we can fix it asap

1. Natchai_Ubisoft did you know... since the update with the new Faction changes the following earned Awards have been wiped...
Misc > PvE > Economy >
The Breadwinner - increase your daily salary to 10,000B
Pocket Money - earn 36,000B from daily income
I am on 20% and 6%.

Luckily the earned Trophy - The Breadwinner - stays put.

2. After the update the first time I entered the game I received 2000B.
But nothing after that.
My "Award Spoil Bonus" from Awards is still listed as +28%.

Today I did get 2000B when opening the game.

But yesterday I had gone from Rookie to Thug to Lieutenant from earning Bucks in PvP races...
and today I am back at Rookie - the Bucks also.

Today I actually received daily salary. But of course I only got 2 000 bucks and not 10 000 as I have been waiting three months to get. I've clearly done enough because I just did once race and the faction spoils went from 2 000 to 49 000. PLEASE make it stop resetting every time I log out.

Ask the devs to change minimum salary to 10 000 instead of 2 000 so we can get the trophy while they try to fix it.

I can confirm that the Daily Salary and Faction progress is working.



So people can get their Trophy now for Daily Salary 10,000B.

When I entered the game and looked at the Faction progress it showed old data at first. Odd I thought.
I stepped away and when I came back it had updated!
So the progress to almost Street Boss and the Faction Bucks updated correctly.

I posted on first page, it got deleted!
june 1 - First day of month, and I switched faction to wolves just hours before. 7.7k
june 2 - $410,000 - on second day of month - in lowest earning faction the wolves!
june 3 - Update - nothing.
june 4 - $2k
june 5 - $2k
june 6 - $35k - today, when I checked salary pop up.

but what is strange - my spoils (and some other people) is same number - 60001
something is not right here ...

This is not right !! I will not get the trophy just for them to send me 60000$ or anything than my legit 10.044$.
I would rather playing from the start to get this trophy in so they don't think themselves that they have done the good around here.
This method that they are doing/using now is not accepted in my country, either you pay me back what once was mine, or nothing.

BUT, if the [Daily Salary] has something to do with [Faction Overall salary] which based on your faction because they [the players who belongs to same faction] work hard to increase their faction rankings, then I don't mind.
