Reading through the June patch notes doesn't give me much hope that this will be fixed any time soon.

Bug fixing

• Fixed a bug where players could not fast travel to unlocked areas on the map from the “Challenges” menu.
• The progression of several awards has been fixed.
  
• Fixed a bug related to the daily salary and the ranking system in the faction war.

Do these changes mean its easier to get Faction Spoils in the factions that are not dominating? And how can I now see how many reputation points I have earned this month? Can't see it on the Factions tab anymore

It'll be easier to get more faction spoils in non-dominating factions yes. The window will you your theoretical earnings in other factions and you can decide off that.
As for reputation points, you now have a bar that will fill up and show you how far you are to attaining the next rank

Yes you have a bar, but it does not tell you the amount of RP you have collected this month. This is important for two reasons. The first being able to compare the amount of RP to other players to have an idea of how much it takes to reach 10 000 factions spoils. The second being able to know how far along I am to unlocking the trophy for collecting 100,000 RP.

Not that I'm even remotely surprised, but this seems equally broken still. I installed the patch today and when I logged in I recieved no daily salary. I proceeded to collect the RP from two completed factions missions where I had sent some friends and after that my Faction screen looked like this: http://i.imgur.com/vlyWarG.jpg

Why? That was literally less than a minute between those two pictures.

Also, why does it say 65% bonus, when the award page says I have 24% bonus?

Bear in mind I haven't done a single race this month.

Confirm - Faction rank reset every time you restart game!

After you collect some RP points (from sending friends, PvP or finish any Faction mission), rank sometimes come back to some (random?) state.

But need research this a bit closer.

Yes, it goes "back" after you collect more RP, but that makes absolutely no difference to the daily salary and here is why: You can't actually collect the salary while you are in the game. You have to restart the game, and you recieve the salary when it loads back up after a new day has started. And of course, since the rank resets every time you quit the game it will load you back in at the starting point.

Update 06/05: Should be fixed with the next major patch

Can you let me know if this is still the case? You edited your comment quite late but maybe the server hadn't switched over yet. Let me know what it looks like today and if you've received your spoils or not

edit: there might indeed be a bug, we'll be investigating but we need as much info as possible regarding it so I might follow up with some specific questions
