the issue with USB was fixed about a week ago, you shouldn't be having this issue anymoreOriginally Posted by GTP_Monkey Go to original post
in January my save file was corrupted and was unable to play for over 2 weeks. each month there seems to be more problems arising or there are problems not being dealt with. when will the developers get there heads out of there rear ends and fix a game that was released broken? this is beyond idiocy right now. highway one plus ap award does not stick. the convoy ap awards do not activate when accomplished.. the daily salary is broken. the list goes on and on. this was a great concept for a game that ultimately has failed. i asked for a refund less then 60 days of owning this game and here it is over 200 days since the release and the game still does not work as it should. at what point does Ubisoft or Ivory tower realize they made a huge mistake and stole from us? this feels like a purchase that i have been ripped off. at the least someone should be issuing apology letters or emails to everyone who purchased this game for the developers incompetence or negligence or shoot just overall lack of tact when dealing with an issue. our patients has been over used. its time for someone to step up and take responsibility. my experience owning this product has made me look at games in a whole new way. from now on i will be checking who makes them and if i trust that company to deliver a finished product. Ubisoft you have made the SH** list. and i will be avoiding any and all of your future titles.
I'm close to doing the same. I don't own many UBI games and this is the first one I bought in a few years. So far it has been an unpleasant experience. While I like the Crew, I'm aggrivated by the constant (totally unneeded) changes in the game and the continues lack of decent bug fixes. After six!!! months cheating is still a huge issue. For almost 2 months a simple thing like the daily salary is broken..... only on the PS4.Originally Posted by yotopgun Go to original post
With Project Cars released now and Need for Speed coming in the fall, I do fear this game is nearing it's end. Though it seems like the devs gave up on it a long time ago, being unable to fix the long lasting issues.
I'm not looking at AAA titles anymore. I recently discover a few great indie titles on the PS4. Guess what? They work pretty well. If you have any issues you contact the developers (through Twitter or so) and they reply to you the same day. Giving advice if needed, fixing the issues if needed as well. Great communication. Each day, they give you a hint how to play their game. Great communication and interaction. With upcoming indie games for the PS4 like No Man's Sky, Rebel Galaxy, Ark Survival Evolved (just to name a couple), who needs buggy, unfriendly, messy AAA titles anyway?
I doubt that. Project cars are for those who like simulators and The Crew is arcade. Maybe NFS is closer to this game but still not same. Also i prefer this game over NFS.Originally Posted by BA1969 Go to original post
But why again do people talk just about game dieing...? So much pessimism :/
Arcade, sim, for people who love cars it doesn't really matter. NFS sure is closer though. As for pessimism, why not? The Crew is starting sound like a broken record.... lot's of promises, no delivery. Even today, we here the same promise that has been made for over a year now.... we will communicate more and better with all of you. Sure, do you really think I believe that after all this time? Nope. Continously making the same promises, but never delivering, makes me kind of pessimistic. Sorry can't help it and it will only change if they for once keep their word.Originally Posted by MindaugasXLTU Go to original post
Not being able to fix a simple issues for over 2 months now makes me pessimistic as well. Especially when seeing how little is actually fixed in the Crew and how much is broken in the attempts to fix things. It's not really making me optimistic at all![]()
