Updated to latest patch today.

Still show rank as "none" in some regions.
Still receive zero daily faction income.
Still am permanently unable to change factions

Yes they are as far as we know. They also will give us one months of salary extra, since that's what we've been missing out by now. By the time they fix this the monthly reset will have been done and we loose all of your RP and loose a complete month of salary. I'm baffled that something as easy as this takes so long to fix.

ok I done a defrag on ps4 as you said.still got no daily salary still showing rookie in west coast and only 29574 faction spoils for over 100,000 rp and 10316 ap. so this **** up happened in march it now may so I lost over a month of daily salary plus faction spoils and rep all messed up. when are we likely to see the problem fixed. and please don't answer with a **** and bull reply cos no one ever listens to to us the paying public who went out to buy said game and spend extra on season pass and other credits that were for sale. this game stands me at least 150 quid and it don't work properly.:

the salary issue is on our side, nothing you do will fix this. We are working on this but have no ETA for a fix yet

thanks for the reply. know not your fault but come on you would be annoyed also if ya do the hr long or above faction wars and ya know when done it means sod all cos you don't reap benefits but others are.

does your amount of faction bucks update even though you aren't recieving them?

I noticed yesterday that my faction RP and Rank didn't reset like it was supposed to (PS4 version), seeing that I know now that that's what happened last month, prior to the problem starting. So it seems to me that that is tied into the daily salary not working, and with not being able to change factions. My concern is that part of the problem might be missed, and I'm really wanting to switch to the second place faction so I can throw some RP their way.
