I have the same problem, why isn't there a response to this?

Because they don't give a ****. This game has been broken since it came out and they don't seem to bother fixing it. They won't even reply to the countless support tickets I filed of all the problems I have had. I bought the game the day it came out but after a few weeks I stopped playing it because I was so tired of bugs. I decided to start playing it again this week hoping they had fixed at least some of the bugs, but it seems to be even worse.

I have the same problem as you, not recieving any daily salary. I started playing it this week just because I wanted to try and get my salary over 10k for the trophy so I have spent 3 full days playing only PvP and Faction Missions, but it seems like it has just been a complete waste of time. I am getting loads of rep points, but the ranks stay the same every day.

It appears this is Ubi useless way of sorting out the faction issue by forcing us to change faction. As for a response, Well this is where they are very very good.

I have that same problem too. The daily salary didn't come through for me. I'm very annoyed about that.

Me too, been 5 days since i've had a salary, approx 300,000 !! sort this now ubisoft, why did you change the software for this ?
Suppose it would be ok if Ubi kept a record and reimbursed us all ? but i seriously doubt it
