Mine didn't reset either, but for some reason I was able to change faction yesterday so I did. Everything was reset then, and my faction spoils went from 8000 to 10044, but I did not unlock the "The Breadwinner" award/trophy. I presume thats because I didn't actually recieve the money even though it updated the amount

does your amount of faction bucks update even though you aren't recieving them?

no I get nothing. spoils stuck on said figure for over a month. I about to delete game from ps4 no point playing it. it could be fun game if not for all the bloody trouble everyone has with it.

I don't do other game genres just the racing ones. wouldn't mind I gave away my ps3 and all racing games cos I thought I would upgrade to ps4 just for this game what a let down .

This issue has been there more then a month now, how about finally fixing it? How hard can it be, knowing the PS4 is the only one having this issue, it works fine on other platforms? Isn't it also not time to compensate us a little for the many issues the PS4 has by now? It really spoils our fun and undermines our confidence in the development team.

I don't understand how fixing something that is so game breaking it would have probably delayed launch, can be such a low priority that a full month after it was reported there is still no fix and no ETA. The only thing I am beginning to understand is why there is so much toxicity on these forums. It's not the money that was spent (or arguably wasted) on a game that doesn't work. It's the fact that when you find time during the day to sit down and play ps4...getting some fun time in to temporarily escape whatever else you're dealing with...you can no longer just relax and enjoy it. You're constantly faced with a reminder that there's a glaring problem that nobody seems to care enough to properly address.

What's frustrating about this is that you guys - at an organization level - just simply don't seem to care. It used to feel better to have a a rep like Natchai post and say thanks for your patience, we're working on it because it was enough to make us feel like we weren't being flat out ignored. But it feels more and more like the forum reps are simply doing damage control and trying to keep the masses from rioting, rather than conveying any sort of sympathy or apologetic sentiment from the organization as a whole.

After a month of being patient, trying to be positive with these posts, and trying to be helpful in diagnosing with with the reps who deal with support tickets - I think it's likely that overall, this game has netted me more frustration than it has enjoyment. And that's largely my fault for allowing myself to get so emotionally invested in this game/process and hoping it would get fixed. But in any case, it's time to move on.

For the sake of the people who continue to play, please make this a priority and fix it. Removing faction rewards from the game removes one of the primary end-game grinds, and failing to reward players for in-game progress undermines the entire system.

Still broken, the update didn't fix any of this nor did the maintenance. Shame.
