Careful when using the hex Editor, one small mistake might break the game, make backups.

Found the culprit

"UsePrecaching" MUST BE SET to "true" in *.ini files

I disabled it during the past ini optimizations. Perfect, time to play Pandora after 11 years

Wow this actually works!

I was playing the game several weeks ago and tweaking the graphics but didn't work. This really did. Thanks. I was playing the PS2 version for the time being.

I guess the dll is using directx8 dll.

The only problem with the game is setting 1080p. Unlike SC1, which works great with 1080p. The night vision in SCPT is also low res. There must be a way to fix it but other than that it works great.

Yes he is awesome! He did what ubi wouldn't be bothered to ever do.

Shadows too are low-res: But I think Komat can do it. The man is brilliant

Simple workaround: play @3840x2160 (DSR/VSR).

Go to the section "widescreen resolution" and follow the instructions, i have it at 1920x1080
If its too complicated there is a link on the same section, which includes a pre-patched file with no need to edit anything.
No AA fix as far as i know.

You can do the same with SC1,SC4 but its much easier than SC2.

I thought SC1 and SC2 can only handle a maximum resolution of 1600x1200. Full HD never really worked for me. But I will try this out again.
