Hi Jongie,
It looks like corrupted data. We found it once among tens of thousands of cases. So we can't really investigate it as we can't reproduce it.
The data itself is corrupted and is not accessible to us to change it (it's on Microsoft side).
I have no solution in mind at the moment.
