These are just a couple of points I think could change iL2FB, into the greatest FS on the market. I don't know
if any will be in PF or BOB, but I'd love to see some if not all in a patch before they move on to other projects. I don't play online (No broadband, only dialup), but do play it extensively offline, and these are just some of my observations, and are not to be confused with whining, as I love this game (SIM) THANKS OLEG and couldn't care less if the Spitfire overheats, the FW190 is .000876 Kph slower than it was when built by Uncle Willy in 1942, or the .50's splat like **** thrown at a wall, or any of the other gripes you see people on about in the forums, it's just my 2 cents worth.

Communications with ANY aircraft in your flight, not just your wingman and each section. This at least in own section, so you can send say #3 home if you see he's damaged, and not the whole section, then he might just survive, but won't if he continues on mission.

Ability to use elevator trim (mapped to mousewheel) while map is on screen.

Ability to change steerpoints (waypoints) with a key press for next/previous waypoint, and not having to order "Flight>Navigation>Next Waypoint" over and over.

Ability to make flights spread out for landing, not one big gaggle in a bunch, crashing into each other (or me), especially after a hard mission.

Ability to turn on landing pattern markers (Horseshoe) with a keypress, not needing Autopilot to do it.

Moving opaque map, locked to your aircraft unless you want others to show up.

More detail in briefings, maybe with picture of targets.

Time acceleration set to more than 8x, especially for long trips.

Stop whole section or squadron dropping bombs when hostiles show up during bombing missions, so at least some keep bombs to continue mission.

Better AI attacking ability, Ground and Air, like not ignoring a plane straight in front (Easy Kill at the time), but going for some other plane much further away. I know you can use "attack my target", etc, but in the heat of a battle (I don't use "Pause Game"), it would be great if they used initiative and took a Snapshot.

Sometimes that Autopilot can be a great help, other times it is just sooooooo... dumb, it would be nice if you could trust it to work the same ALL the time, either good or bad, but be consistent.

Change parts of a flightplan to avoid unnecessary Flak hotspots. Not at actual target area though.

Now back to Kuban and see if I can stop Germany getting their butt kicked.

In real world, there are flak everywhere that will kill fps in game, so only put flak there where normal route arcoss over them. If you set advanced realistic, you will not see flaks on map.

However, I like most of idea of your as I had see many of features in other plane simulations. I bet that Oleg and his teams collect some simulations and study them to add some features in next simulation like BOB.

Any landing you can walk away from is a good one!

We need more Bombers and a few Maps! That would give US a little more Meat on the Bone!

    1) Kill the muzzle flash

    2) Check FW190 damage model (gas leakage very often)

    3) Check out some VVS planes FM , they can do unrealistic nose up poses without any energy.

    4) Check out german 20mm damage one more time.

    5) Give American planes the same Factory data FM:s as every other plane has in FB.

    6) Oleg do what you think is right for 0,5cal dispersion.

This would be great & make it more fun leading a flight. Dunno if you've ever played Operation Flashpoint but a similar communications system would be great. The ability to warn individual wingies would also be appreciated. Good points you have.
