I have been unable to download the last two DLC despite having paid for the season pass. After submitting two tickets and being threatened by customerservice reps, I have come to the boards. This is the crap generic response sent to me by two completely different customer service reps.
"We are aware that some customers are having difficulty in downloading the content with the Season Pass for Far Cry 4. Please rest assured this issue is being addressed right now, and we expect it to be corrected as soon as possible. We would like to get some information to report to the development team.
Please reply back with the following information:
1) Did you ever receive a prompt allowing you to download the content?
2) If you check the News Feed Wall at the bottom of the main menu, do you see the DLC listed here? If so, you can "purchase" it for free.
Please let us know the answer to these questions and we will continue to look into the issue.
Thank you for your patience."
The customer service rep then proceeded to tell me that he was not going to forward my request to technical support because he did not like the words I chose to use when speaking to him. Basically I have just been robbed. This guy took my season pass money and refused to help me in any way shape or form. I am beyond frustrated with how this "glitch is being handled. So anyone having the same issue missing their DLC jump in here and let your voice be heard. I am tired of being shrugged off and "handled." None of these people would have a job if not for us. They refuse to even acknowledge that there is an issue. People are missing paid for content. They need to get on this, it's been two weeks.
