how do i use syringes xbox 360?

I realy don't like the syringe system. I see how to craft it's LB (weapon wheel) then RB for syringe wheel use RS to move around RT to craft ok i get all that. Now to use say a hunting syringe just let go of the buttons when you have the syringe highlighted? press RB again to not use accidentally? Again just let go of the buttons to use the syringe?
Sorry if i am being a pain but the syringe system is a pain getting used to.

please is it that simple select then release? Just confirm a simple yes would suffice. Others may get there answer from this post. I will confirm it if that's correct LB (weapon wheel) RB (syringe wheel) RS to move around RT to craft. Then release to use. good grief i don't like this system. It's like flying with yoke, rudder, trim,Ailerons etc

Oh btw L d-pad for radio. I prefer classic controls too.

That is it. Highlight and release to use or if highlighted and you decide that you don't want to use it then pause for highlight to go off if.

Or go to the CONSOLE section of the board. You know the section where they respond and talk about the console release. or is that harder than using a an xbox--lol
