New tank refill policy !? | Forums

I just noticed that instead of gaining one unit every 3 minutes the tank tells me that I have to wait for more than 19h for a full refill.
And it seems that not a single unit is refilled in between.
Is that a new (very annoying) refill behavior ?

Not really a new policy; its been active in the background for months now, but there are always new unfortunate souls who run afoul of this game "feature" RL added.
