    Base Game Crashes Randomly

Game starts just fine. I'll load a single player, offline game. I can play anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour before it crashes. These crashes are completely unpredictable. I just get a "Far Cry 4 has stopped working" message from Windows. The details from the message are below:

I have no DLC installed, this is just the base game.

I have a single EVGA GTX980, so no SLI. I also made sure EVGA Precision was closed because I know it can conflict with the game. I also have an Intel 4690K overclocked. The GPU never reaches 70C, and the CPU 50C, so I don't think it's heat. Running Windows 7 SP1. Drivers are all up to date, the game is all up to date. Not sure what else I can do.

Try verifying game files and returning the CPU to default clock speeds.

If you have no luck with Patu's suggestion, please be sure to raise a support ticket with customer support.
It is so important that Ubisoft are aware of the magnitude of the problems that people are having with this game. Thank you.
