    Enough with the Wolves already

Ubisoft, if you are reading this please take note. I know you listen to your users because you junked the ridiculous Quicktime boss deaths from FC3 and replaced with "choices" in FC4.
You have done a great job with the animals in FC4 but ENOUGH with the wolves!
I am just starting Valley Of The Yetis and it is par for the course that I am plunged into it with no idea what I am doing and just when I decide to hunt animals for upgrades I find a huge stash of crates which give me nearly all the upgrades I need.
But I have just played the quest where you have to retrieve 3 supply packs and in the space of 5 minutes I have been attacked by 2 packs of Wolves then seen another pack chasing a herd of Yak and had to fight off yet another pack just a few yards from the ones chasing the Yak.
This is just stupid and it gets really tiresome and BORING hurling Molotovs at them and seeing them run away only for the flames to go out and for them to head back to me completely uninjured.
If you want to have realistic predators that is great but make them take realistic damage and give them a modicum of intelligence; if one of their buddies gets burned and shot in front of them make them realise it isn't worth attacking me.
    Yours, exasperated,

Yeah, the amount of wolves in Valley Of The Yetis is truly ridiculous... Especially when you run into a Yeti (sometimes it can be two at once), ah, and don't forget about the eagles that happily join the party when least expected... )))
That's the reason I gave up on my trusted M79 grenade launcher for a D2 - I don't do outside the Relay station without it...

Solution, grab the Buzzsaw or M79. They make quick work of them on foot or driving snowmobiles.

That said, it would be kinda nice if one of the Relay Station upgrades was a Turret Truck.

I kinda laughed at them offering the Buzzer as a present AFTER you beat the game.

Seriously though, the whole Yeti DLC is lackluster because it's too easy. I was picturing at least one scenario similar to the boss fight in the cave against the Graug in Shadow of Mordor. Instead you just see them standing around like dummies that are easy to lure with rocks. Even the ending is way too easy.

Frag, I'm sorry for off-topic, but could you check if you see your FC4 achievements in Uplay?

And BTW, the ending mission in that DLC is not about being hard to pass, but unfortunately in my case I kinda saw it coming and it spoiled a surprise a bit, since I figured it out before by reading all the notes and listening carefully to every word they said on the radio...

No they aren't, but I don't really care about achievements.

IMO the ending is uber easy whether you've had any spoilers or not. I went in literally blind and could tell right off the bat it was follow the yellow brick road.

Just aggravating cheap programing regardless if they are easy to kill, way to many dogs, wolfs etc spawning for no reason.

Why??? Climbing trees in a well known method to save yourself from wolves...
    Don't you read books?..

I think my pride wouldn't allow me to climb a tree to escape wolves though I admit I have ran for the nearest Grappling Point a few times !
After a number of bad experiences with Yaks I have now decided that all Yaks and Wolves have to die as soon as I see them regardless of whether they attack me. Eagles too.
