    Do we know if this is getting resolved at all bar any of us going to other sources. Still waiting to hear anything, or notice a change. Highly doubtful I will ever get a season pass with ubisoft again

    An individual from Ubisoft support is now dealing with my issue; last response was 24/03/15; asked for Gamertag and proof of purchase (again!) [Raised Support ticket on 19/03/15]. If I hear anything positive, I will post in this thread.

    You're joking right? How is it even conceivably possible for me to purchase the season pass, download it, but only have 'the ticket' and not the actual thing? Ubisoft is pushing away customers with a pitchfork. This problem is apparently so common you can't possibly imagine that you can actually solve it ticket by ticket. i'm having the same problem weeks after release. This company used to be great, now it fcks its customers over and laughs.

    Season Pass

    I am having the same problem with Valley of the Yeti. I opened a ticket with Ubisoft and they told me they are working on it and closed the ticket.

    This is not at all acceptable. They took our money and did not deliver, they should refund the money or fix the problem. Never a problem taking money, only delivering on what is promised.
