    No More DLC...

Same here everybody... can't access Overrun or Valley of the Yetis.

There was a title update right before it happened. Maybe that's the issue because I heard of that happening on Steam for PC players.

Same here. Bought season pass about hour ago, have downloaded Hurk and the syringe but cant download overrun, yetis or durgesh prison.

"If you own the season pass DO NOT purchase this content here". I get that message on market and in the game. So cant download it anywhere.

    Any Feedback Yet?

I have the same exact issues on my XBOX 360. I'm pissed for buying the Season Pass not having access to Valley of the Yetis. Have any of you figured out how to solve this?

UPDATE So I got into an online chat with a Microsoft customer service rep. Very helpful. She was able to validate that I did purchase the season pass. The rep suggested that I attempt to download Valley of the Yeti's from the XBOX store outside of the game itself. If I got charged $14.99, she committed to credit my account immediately. So I tried it. Strangely, it did not ask me to validate my payment information - the DLC immediately began downloading. While I still had the rep on my chat line, she did indeed validate that I was charged $14.99 and she issued an immediate credit. It did download OK and when I started FC4 up, the Valey of the Yetis was there on the right hand side and it played perfectly. So, not sure what's wrong with the season pass but I did mange to get Valley of the Yeti's and did not have to pay the extra $14.99 outside of the season pass. THANK YOU MICROSOFT!

VERY LAME UBISOFT that I had to go through this to get my money's worth. Last time I purchase a Season Pass.

Got in contact with M$ they told me to clear my cache, delete profile, redownload profile etc etc. None of it worked. So got in contact with Ubisoft and they said they know about the issue and are working with M$ to fix the problem. Will send me an email when they have rectified the issue. So now just the waiting game.

That's good that you got yours resolved. I would think about doing that but then I'd have to do for two DLC items and then what else would be next!?

Tech Support also told me that they "forwarded" my info and had absolutely no idea when they would hear back. I know bugs happen. They actually happen all the time with almost all software that's written but this is ridiculous. There's no mention anywhere about this issue and I don't even fully understand what happened. We bought a season pass, got some of the DLC when it came out, and now suddenly we aren't even prompted to download new ones. It took me 3 days of searching online before I found this site and was able to voice my concern.

I'm not ready to blame MS or Ubisoft yet because no one seems to know what the problem is. So far, unsatisfied...

Have anyone else has this problem resolved?

Ubisoft want digital image of proof of purchase and I now realise that I never got a Purchase confirmation email from Microsoft‏.

Hopefully the image from my xbox history will do

I can now download overrun but no yetis yet.

@the AL 360. Did you phone them or did they email you asking for proof of purchase? Im still waiting for an email that I will apparently receive.

Oh..... Not sure if Ubi actually fixed overrun because I downloaded it on a different xbox 360, not the original xbox360 I was trying to play the dlc on. Still cant get yetis on new xbox.

Also why have I just received an Arabic email from uplay? lol. Im not entirely sure what it says lol.

Having same problem here. Bought full season pass and have been able to download all add-ons until this one. I agree with above poster - will probably never buy a season pass again unless they get this fixed very soon.
