Hi can anyone help me my far cry 4 game is unplayable

can anyone help me with this i cant play through the prologue and the game is completely unplayable I can't play through the prologue to the game for two reasons. After the opening scene and making my way to the jeep and crashing I run into the problem of not being able to save and quit the game. Keeps telling me that i can't return to the menu while an auto save is in progress. Not Sure why as it is not letting me save. Problem two happens when i die or reach the end of the prologue it goes to a black screen and sits there i can still hear the background noise but thats it . I understand that there was or still is a bug at launch that kept people from launching the game but seeing how this happens every time i die or reach the end i wasn't sure if their connected. I do have the Latest patch and have tried multiple settings and disabling and enabling my sli settings. If someone can help that would be great. or maybe if it cant be fixed it would be nice if i could get my money back

Without any other available info stated ... I believe the first part mentioned, can't save and exit the game during the prologue (i.e., following the escape and crash), is because you can't. You get checkpoints as you head to the tower, but no actual save points. The first save point is, IIRC, following your intro to Amita and Bhadra by Sabal.

Can't address whatever is happening if you are using SLI and are on the current 1.9 patch.

    *Verify your game's files:

*Update or completely uninstall and reinstall your nVidia driver.

*Unplug your gamepad/controller if you use one - many of them can cause those things.

*Check if you're running some conflicting process - it can be MSI Afterburner/EVGA precision/Fraps/Some other video capture app.
In case of MSI Afterburner/EVGA precision you don't have to shut them completely, just disable Riva Tuner Statistics Server On-Screen-Display:
