Static vehicles counting towards the driveable vehicles limitation?

I decided to make part of one of maps as a junkyard using static vehicles:

However I quickly ran into trouble:

Anybody else notice that static vehicles count towards the number of driveable vehicles? Or maybe it isn't so much a limitation on driveable vehicles as a limitation on vehicles as a whole (whether static or driveable).

I didn't know that x Johnnien xI thanks for pointing that out, I think so far I have only used 1 static vehicle in a map (the choice they gave us is not good) I would prefer lots of static vehicles but I think we only get what they use in the single player game - Each vehicle that we can drive should in my opinion have two versions of a static un-driveable.

One which looks the same but is just for show and another battered and bruised (broken) version, the only trouble there is that I am sure many of us would try to drive the vehicle that is just for show then we would complain so I am sure it would have to have defects so we know it is not driveable.

It seems a bad decision for a static vehicle to be so costly on the budget but the corpses are also very costly.

I tried making a new map today; to see if the problem was that I had been editing on a map that been created prior to an update. I got the same error message. Is there a difference between consoles?
