What Trials Game Should I buy? | Forums

Just a quick question, I want to know from the community. Trials Fusion, or Trials Evolution Gold Edition?

I don't know because I can't find any reliable sources telling me whats different between each game.

The majority of the people on the forums, including myself, feel that Trials Evolution is superior in many ways.

The only reason to get Fusion is the fact that it isn't dead like Evo, so people are actively creating tracks on Track Central. Evolution has thousands of great tracks, though. You just have to find them.

Get both, if you can. Presumably you're on PC since you mention Gold Edition. I would say start with Gold Edition just so you can start where many of us started, save up a few bucks and get Fusion later. Before you purchase, watch a bunch of videos created by the fine folks in this community of the tracks they've created and played. Perhaps Fusion would be more your style if you like the recent vids.

Yeah, I'd gladly buy Fusion because its on sale and the community isn't dead. But, I feel like I should buy Evo first just because everyone says its so much better.... I'm seriously between a rock and a hard place here. I'll, debate with myself for a few more hours because I did end up putting some money on my steam account.

"Everyone saying Evo is better" ...keep in mind that`s likely players who started with Evo.
I started with Fusion and added Evo later. Both are great, but I prefer Fusion.

I think it`s a bit like with Resi or TR ... whichever you played first you like best.

its nothing like that .the evo/hd guys obviously cant get away from the fact that they played them games first . because that's how the game evolved in that order . there actually basing it on what is the better raw trials game . . if u want pure trials its hd /evo and if you want lego/ikea trials with lights and robots with a bouncy easy mode bike over dumbed down drivines its fusion . .i think thats there point and its entirely up to you what you play . enjoy
