Same kind of problem here. I sold my old tablet few months back and got a new one finally, and I stupidly assumed that if I redownload the game for my new tablet, savegames and progress is synced automatically like they do in the most game nowdays.

Rider, Bike, Item, Etc levels : no idea, last game was played months and months ago so really can't remember. Beated Butch once at least.

Same as a bunch of other people. A few days before end of season 2 is when this began.

Wow. Now I'm *really* upset. A friend of mine just showed that he beat my character on one level, which shows me at level 41. I know I was well beyond that, so my save data wasn't being uploaded for a while! I've now lost full levels due to this synchronization bug! Not cool AT ALL!

The track LB saves the rider level when PR is made. It doesn't change when rider levels up. Only when new PR is made.

Ah, okay. *whew* Still, I guess none of that matters when I can't download the server data anyway.

I don't know if my issue is related with this but it is similar. For months i can't connect to Bunker and i can't see leaderboards with this account. Also my saves are not in the cloud i noticed this when i tried to play on my Nexus 5 (i started playing on Nexus 7 2013) and after logging in i didn't get any prompts to choose save.

I no tried to log in with my second account and everything works, cloud saves are transferred on my Nexus 5, leaderboards are there and a can't try Bunker because i am low level on that account. When i go back to my main account nothing works.

So it is obvious that something happened with my account (i think that changing my username on UPlay could be reason). I made backup with Titanium so my profile is safe for now but i stopped playing this game months ago because of this.

Lost mine earlier this month. I posted on another thread here same day.

Bike Levels: Unknown (maybe around midpoint all-around)
Inventory: Nothing too special. Around 100 gems, almost no cash, maybe 40 gas. I barely touched multiplayer, so little to no tickets.
Bundles: None

If this can't be fixed, I'd be more than happy to have a mirror of my progress from iOS (even if I have to set new times or start much of the game over). I had some decent progress there. I'd actually play more often if I didn't have to grind up to where I was on iOS after I switched to Android (which would've been a nice option in the first place).

Issue is definitely with accounts. I have deleted my user data on Nexus 7 and logged in, played a bit, exited and started game on Nexus 5, logged in and haven't got pop up to choose save and leaderboards/any online feature didn't worked.

Then I did all of that with new account and everything worked without issue.
