Same here. Opened a ticket, went through the whole checklist, and finally they admitted that it had to be escalated. I tried clearing the data again and reconnecting to my Uplay account, but it still won't pull my save down from the server. I'm not starting over. I've already put so much time and almost $50 into it. I don't regret putting the money in because I've spent more money for console games that I played for far fewer hours, but I'm not going to go through everything to build a level 46 character again.

FIXED!! The latest update took care of it! I have my level 47 character back again! Thank you!

Widescreen, what steps did you take to fix it? I was 4 tracks into the new tracks and now nothing?

Hi,

The new update the player has to play 2 missions in addition to those first 3 tutorial tracks before they can log in to Uplay.

So after reinstalling
1. Play tutorial
2. Play mission A New Start and Introductions (where player chooses his/her silent login name)
3. Player can connect to Uplay and take their progress from SERVER

Can confirm. Logged into after the patch and was prompted to download my lvl40 character. Made my made. Thank you!
