    My game progress is gone?

    Yesterday I went onto frontier,
    The bunker and gifts weren't loading. I am always connected to uplay on my device.
    I tried a couple of restarts of my device and nothing changed. I had a problem like this in the past and it fixed with a reinstall.
    So I reinstalled the app.

    But like you would get on a new phone or a new tablet, you'd expect to get the popup that sais "download lvl 35 rider" (for me at least)
    I'm not getting any pop ups, and my game is stuck in a new game state?

    Although I'm not on Android, there's loads on iOS that are having the exact same issue (myself for nearly 2 weeks), I can't get my Rider which is 10th (when I last checked) on the leaderboards, submited 3 tickets, spoke to @UbisoftSupport and spoke to Shifty, still can't get the prompt window to show up.

    It must be a Ubisoft server issue since both platforms are experiencing this.

    Wow. I just lost who-knows-how-much progress because of this. I just cleared out my cache and data to try to (what I though would) resolve some issues I've been having. But even though I've authenticated against Uplay, it's not recovering my character! Who knows HOW much progress I've lost now if it hasn't actually been updating to Uplay!!

    Seriously angry at RedLynx/Ubisoft right now. First they force you into multiplayer if you want more levels (courtesy of showdowns), and now I've possibly lost WEEKS of advancement!

    Same boat. still haven't heard anything from ubisoft or redlynx devs..

    Same thing here, started about a week ago. I have a ticket ope with RL.

    It seems to be an issue with the account or corrupt profile. I can log into Uplay but the data doesn't sync. Doesn't matter if I do it on my Android, my girls iPhone or my laptop through an Android emulator. My account just seems to be corrupt. My brother can log in on all my devices with his Uplay and there's no problems syncing his account.

    Haven't been able to play the new multiplayer at all.

    Same here on Android. I haven't been able to restore my progress since 2 days before the end of season 2. I have a level 40 character and I play the game daily. I'm really sad I can't play right now.

    Same here. After quitting for quite some time, I figured I'd download again and see if I'm still angry with this game. When I get to log in, it didn't ask me if I wanted to download my save. Not a huge deal, I guess. I'm probably still angry with this game and this made uninstalling it that much easier.

    Where do I go to open a ticket?

    Ive stopped playing for over 2 weeks because of this

    Ive lost everything

    Fully upgraded armadillo, tango, 9/9/9/9 mantis
    8/8/8/8 on bronco and 8/8/8/9 on jackal

    I opened a ticket and support couldn't solve it. It's now up to the development team. I don't believe anything will be done so I started a new account using my work email address.
    I'm really happy I didn't spend any real money in the game. My advice to those still locked out is just to get a new account and start over. GG
