You’re stranded on a treacherous mountain ridge. You have no shelter and no immediate way off the mountain. You locate a camp, but you’ll have to fight to keep it. A strange (and deadly) cult is intent on taking it back and you’ll need to guard it from waves of enemies. I am one of the many many people who paid for the season pass and cannot download the promised DLC. It has been two weeks since the DLC released and no one is getting any help. YES I have already submitted a ticket and NO you have not replied. One look at the forums and it's clear this is a company who just wants your money wether you get what you paid for or not. FIX THIS BUG AND GIVE ME MY DLC!
Looks fun but I too can't access the DLC. I've already submitted a ticket and support said that they forwarded my info up and there's no ETA for when or if anything will be done. This is ridiculous. It's been almost 2 weeks since it's launch and we still can't access what we paid for.
So I've sent throught a support ticket in response to paying for the season pass and not being allowed to download the last two DLC. The rep had the audacity to tell me that he's not going to forward my ticket to technical support because he didn't like my choice of words. Who is this guy to lord my DLC over my head by refusing to do his job. He was condescending, rude, and never even bothered to read the initial ticket or screenshots before "handling" me. I'm beyond frustrated with this website, company, and whole thing. I want my money back.
