agreed vagas , but when you gave feeback it was brutal but it was right , dj cant be right because his winning track he lovd so much had none of what he said my track didnt have either , its had no theme i mean what was it ? a few stadiums say nothing. , His feeback was not only inccorect it was false because brick walls are apart of structures that i created , pipes dont go everywhere they go to places like the city and to the rustland buildings if he took the time to look. His feeback was false and inccorect and a very quick unprofessional attitude in which a nood has when first playing a track and doesnt see the actual theme of a track or nderstand what things are. Look on the internet dj , brick walls are part of most sewer systme sand exits in england in an structure never mind the compoments. he was totally wrong he simply didnt like the track or my self and its a poor and childish attitude to take into a comp.
why else would he say them things i mean come on tak alook at the wining track they didnt have any theme or hardly and decor , but he made an excuse ofr that and called it minimual istic , thats a cop out , there isnt such a thing in a competition when there is so many things touse in the editor. He was biats for whatever reason and him jumping to ooffer is feeback on that track was so bvious he had chosen his winnner before he had played any other track.
these are not false statment , its it infact evidently false that walls in sewers are not unrealistic , and within a sewer system if he doesnt know that it was a sewer system them maybe he might want to read the discription of the track that there for that blooming reason for the ones who cant see what things are.
dam i am still furious , im out of this forum for a few weeks before i say something i may regret.
again well done on your track vagas i really liked it , as i actuall did all the tracks just not my own , think im going to undownload it and put it in the microwave along with my head

Funk, hopefully you will have had some sleep and will feel a little calmer today. Worked for me in the now locked thread (you'll know the one).
I can see the passion, and how confident you are with your work. That's commendable, mate.
However, you still have this habit of putting down others' work, whilst struggling to acknowledge critique of your own.
I don't believe DJ was being too harsh with your track, mate. I thought the judges spoke quite well of your track. You've made some good tracks, and are at a very decent level in your track building for such a short period with the editor. Hopefully you will take a little from this, mate, and get even better.

And keep in mind, this was a competition. The positives won't be brought up as much. The judges have to look for things that may take away from every entry being number one. I have yet to see your track and the stream, but I'm sure they are minor details that don't matter in the big picture (such as being good enough to put in Uplay Recommended), but in a contest with the best of the best, a judge really has to nitpick to place the top spot properly. I'm sure if DJ was not in a judge position and came across your track, he'd think it's pretty good and be glad he found it in the sea of not so good tracks.
Being under the magnifying glass is tough and you will certainly notice anything said against your work and focus on that more than anyone else's criticism. Hopefully you'll feel better about it over time.

Funk. Take a step back and look at everything you wrote. You complain about 2witchy being harsh with feedback because he supposedly doesn't like you and he wants to humiliate you. You are the only one seeing it that way, and your response is to publicely tear 2witchy down on the forums for giving feedback on your track. In the end you are doing what you accuse 2witchy off. You are trying to tear down his feedback, you even attack him personally when what you should have done is PM'd him and asked to explain his feedback because you clearly don't get what he meant.
Never take feedback as a bad thing, even when you might disagree. If we get the track on PC I'll give you feedback on your thread and try to explain what he meant. Don't want to do it based on a video.

funk the thing is if u make tracks your going to receive criticizium . all depends on who gives it and how u take it . some people you should listen to and others not so much . the trick is its only one track and move on . me personally i think you drivelines are still a bit tatty/choppy in places . but your deco and ideas are bob on . see thats my take if i was judging just like 2witchy had his take . no ripping just an opinion . listen or dont but dont expect every track to be a masterpiece loved by everyone..

first rude yes i totally know what ur saying and thats why i am posting , using the winners track was just an explination has to how its came across to me , i infact liked the track my self and thought it looked total funand was quality , i wasnt bashiing his work dude , just using it to show that how can my theme and efforts be a problem for him when he showed no care for the same in the winning track thats all i was saying and didnt put my point across correctly. thought it over all was proberbly the most fun track so i agreed with the winning choice to a point but thats not whats i was angry about. Yes i know so then the same should have been applied to every other track , he said on one track that yeah the theme fits its somekind of snowy thing. Whats that mean , mine was somekind of industrial sewer thing. So the same approach should have been taken not just single out one person work and use that to put a negative vib on the whole test. How can anyone enjoy the test when you have a dev sitting there saying the theme doesnt make sense pipes are going everywhere , objects are mixed which they wasnt they fitted into a category i had chose to amplyfiy the whole track. My partner sat and also listend and thought exactly the same , that no chance of any other contributing factors to the comp list was taken into account because of one certain topic.
I cant really reply to other posts guys , i want to but doing so would only keeping bashing dj and thats not what i really wanna do. I have said my bit and far to much and will take his stements that my builds dont make sense. unfortunetly there is nothing constructive i can do with it because i think they do , therefore i cant really change anything i do. So i wil just not enter these comps and my 100s of hours work cant be taken has nonsense. for me inccorect feeback from a dev is a contributing factor to someone not building. I cant do anything else to make sure that they make sense because to me they do but hes a professional so he knows what hes talkign about and obviously these are not tracks that should be entered into a comp. Seems far from a coincidence and strange that my other track which has sat at the top of the monthly all time feed with djs track in front of and behind at times for ages now has no all of a sudden recieved a massive amount of disslikes knocking it away from the top spot and redllynx tracks have now taken its place with djs all of a sudden since last night twitch feeds. This is too much of a conincidence for it to be random. How pathetic can you get , i have no idea why the need to suddenly slamm my other track , maybe this is one of the reason dj thought he would put a negative vib on my building. It has sat there with hardly any dislikes now all of a sudden since the feed its accumalted a massive amount. What a bloody joke and how pethetic Maybe this explains why dj dissliked my track for the comp so much. Because its a an effect on my other builds so thanx nice going.
This is my final entry to a comp or this community for a good while ..enjoy building guys and dont worry i will still add tracks to tc that have no sense or theme so you can disslike. Abo****ly rediculous
