Can anyone help?

When i click download i get a message.
Failed to start download.

How can i fix this?
Is there a preload problem for U.K?
As that is where i am situated.

same thing in Germany so I don't reckon it's a UK issue.

I had the same problem, but now it suddenly seems that it works. You should try again.

Preloaded mine in th eUK without any problems.

Can;t pre-load either. Message states to check my internet connection and hard drive space available. Well (duh) i am connected and my specific location has 300gb available
Not a good start, after the Unity troubles i really don't need more time wasting on why this isn't working either.
