Porting PC tracks to Xbox One | Forums

I've since bought Fusion on Xbox One to start playing more on that platform. I've made a few good tracks on PC, and I'm wondering if there's any way to port the tracks to the Xbox One. I really don't want to remake the tracks as it takes so much time, so if there's a way to do it I'd like to know.
