Hiya,

couldn't find anything on the last few pages so I thought I'd post here. I've unlocked the Ghost as a character in the saloon and he's set me a challenge to silver three tracks, the tracks are;

Rotten Railway
Melancholy Temple
Alpha Street

I know these were areas I paid to unlock so am I just unlucky that these three tracks are chosen? I've got 15 platinum medals and a fairly high level Tango but *******, these tracks are hard. Particularly it's the big jump in the middle of Melancholy temple where I can get to with zero faults but then can't stick that landing consistently (you start at the checkpoint on a rounded piece of track, then it's a dip and a big spar of stone then just an empty void as you try to get the backwheel onto the upslope on the other side). But even with that section aside I just can't silver these tracks and it's doing my head in!!

Has anyone got any tips for these? And how long/how many Ghost missions are there?

You need atleast a 7/7/7/7 tango for a good time on it,for tips practice from ghosts of top riders,after silvering all,you have to gold all island tracks,then you unlock the purifier,these tracks are very technical and real test,it takes a bit of practice,good luck.

I think it's easier to do if i manage to keep the momentum i get from the checkpoint before that part. Basically, that makes you land higher on the slope, giving time to acquire grip.

Also, good tires are important on this track.

My own suggestion is to focus on upgrading your bike (Tango) then try to beat the ghost. Another great point to beat that tracks is to challenge other players' GHOSTS (oh, irony) and see what they are doing to beat the race you are stucked in.
As I said in an older post, the first time I hit those tracks I was very worried I wouldn't ever get a silver. Now I have a very nice 27.513 on rotten railway and 18.599 on alpha street (both plat). Just practice and get upgrades for your Tango!

I don't remember how much tango should be upgraded for island tracks. Probably 7 7 7 7. But consider that after you have to make gold on all island tracks. Which is not so difficult (Platinums are little tricky ) And also consider that island tracks are not the most difficult one. It is just good intro for....well, you'll discover if you keep playing.

youre right the island tracks isn't so hard like quagmire or traction testground. i will try to take some how to for the island tracks. so that everybody see the tricks to get over largejumps or tricks bunnyhops
