I think that's everything fixed for me now except for Afterlife by Avenged Sevenfold which I don't think features in the store at all now.

For me the 5 songs that are missing

Cross buy on Glycerine - Bush DOESNT work

and the Import Pack still not in store.

after that i´m finally complete

Pearl Jam - Black
The Police – Synchronicity II
Queen – Stone Cold Crazy
Queen – Fat Bottomed Girls
Queen – Keep Yourself Alive
Ram Jam – Black Betty
Rick Springfield - Jessies Girl

All of these are fixed for me. I bought Queen, Pearl Jam and Police as packs, maybe that's why it works. So, I can't speak for the single songs. But the other three singles (Otis, Ram Jam and Rick) works also fine for me. And they are in no pack afaik...

EDIT: Ram Jam is the single version from Rocksmith(1) DLC, not the part of the Rock Singles pack. Guess, I bought it double... Damned!

This was from an pm Dan send to me. So normally you can delete all packs from the list excepting Rock Singles

I'm not so sure about this. Also the packs show as purchased and the only way to download R.E.M. - Everybody Hurts is by downloading the whole pack.

Edit: Thanks Chad_Muska, I marked those songs as fixed. This whole situation has been very confusing and sadly you're not the only one who has bought some of the songs twice.

Jimi Hendrix - if 6 were 9 is asking for repurchase (and all packs, too) I bought the full pack on PS3 in February.
Also The a Doors songs download via singles, pack wants money!

That leaves RS1import and Bachsmith for me - then I'm willing to buy DLC again!

It's so close! I have no idea how you can remain so controlled in the face of all the new DLC which has been dropped in the last few months. You're a better man than I!

Haha I was so close to writing the ACCC, then work got nuts - now it's nearly May!

Ps thanks for getting the complaint in, I doubt a thing would have happened if the ASA and ACCC didn't throw their hats in!
