I'm excited for the next one, as Red Storm are a group of very awesome devs that do some amazing things with weapon design IMO. As a firearm enthusiast I'm kind of their worst nightmare, noticing all the little bugs or inaccuracies with certain firearms... But hey, it's not like the developers are all active competition or defensive shooters with a wide variety of experience on different firearms platforms... :P
I kind of hope that The Division has a weapon customization system like they had in Ghost Recon Future Soldier. Even considering that all the Future Soldier weapons had their "best" configurations that people eventually found and stuck with... It's still an awesome system, and I spent a lot of time in there customizing the "look" of my guns to be fairly unique, even though they might not of been the "optimal" configuration.

Here's my question for the next pod cast.
Will weapons in the division be able to Malfunction? Post apocalyptic(ish) New York is gonna be dirty it would be nice to have a system where some weapons such as an M16 needs to be cleaned regularly otherwise the firearm may jam. On the other hand weapons like the AK47 can be buried in mud and left there for 3 days and upon returning the weapon will still fire true. So maybe even a durability stat of some sort for weapons? Maybe even certain weather and terrain (prone crawling through it (if going prone is an option in the game)) will effect your weapons durability as well? What do you guys think?
