I have the season pass on X1 and the store is still trying to get me to pay another 5 dollars for the new dlc. All other people I have talked to are able to download it no problem. I am assuming it is because I have the physical version of trials fusion that came with the season pass. Any insight on this would be great.

Worked fine for me. I'm in the UK, though. I have the physical version (Bone) with season pass.

Same problem as every time...

Says purchased in game. Shows season pass purchased in game. Shows season pass purchased in game memory. Shows season pass purchased in store. Prompts me to download for free as soon as I boot up Trials. I click yes. Prompts me to then pay $4.99 in the store...

Version: Hard Copy of Game, came with Season pass
Console: Xbox One
Region: NA (East Coast to be exact)

yup same issue. have had the same problem with last 3 dlc releases.

What kind of time frame should I expect for this to be fixed? I got a lil extra time today because it started snowing here, and if you guys think this can't be fixed for a few days I'm just gonna shell out $5 bucks to buy it. I understand I can't be reimbursed, but my excitement is getting the better of me haha
