I just finished up with all the missions and so forth, I was about to go for 100%
I just noticed that in order to get the Soft Landing skill I have to liberate 2 outposts undetected.
While this is no problem whatsoever, I wrapped all those outposts up long ago, and can only access them as outpost master missions.
When I redo them as outpost masters it doesn't seem to count toward unlocking that skill, which I find super annoying.
Am I screwed on this? I noticed it still let me go back and advance my arena rank to unlock the last skill on the blue side.
Point is, I'm not gonna run around reading journal entries and tearing down posters for 100% if it's not gonna let me have that last skill.
Also, I read somewhere else that if you're @ 17/18 on the vehicles you probably never rode around on a snowmobile and that you can't access any at this point on your own. Is that true at all? I'm not gonna run around reading journal entries and tearing down posters for 100% if this is true either.

With the large number of glitch problems I was never going to waste my time and nerves thinking that I would ever be able to get the 100%. Playing around I decided to go for all of the blue logo collectables and sure enough there is 1 poster that cannot be found. I will say I didn't believe I was going to be this close to getting them all. I don't recommend anyone get too emotionally evolved with the thought of getting 100% with the number of glitch problems that I have seen. Go for it for fun but....

A while ago they removed the snowmobile as one of the required vehicles. It may be one of the vehicles that don't show up a lot. A few that come to mind are the hovercraft, jestki, dune buggy, that weird three wheel car, and the large boat with the mounted gun.
As for the outposts, there is an option to reset them I think in the game play options from the pause menu.
