Platnium won't unlock? XBone | Forums

So this has been a problem for some time now, but it never bothered me. Now that I've been hanging in the frontier forms I should try to get an answer.

So when the game first came out I had beaten all the levels then went to a friends and transfered my save. All my stuff carried over, went back home transfered again and it resest all my stuff, so I figured what ever another play through awesome(which I guess at the point i should have cleared cache and re downloaded) . I finished the game again and noticed platinum never unlocked. It told me I had 155 or so medals out of 110. I've tried reinstalling and what not since but its never worked right.

What can I do to get my platinums?

Update, bought the dlc today cause of the killer deal.

In order to unlock the extremes I need to complete the great crater, which is obviously complete. Anybody?
