Issue with server game data | Forums

A few days ago, when the first season ended, I started having some issues with my Uplay account. Somehow it wasn't connecting to the servers, and therefore I couldn't get the rewards for the end of the Season One. Trying to solve the problem I deleted the app from my tablet and reinstalled it, I went through the prologue and then logged in my Uplay account, as I expected, it retrieved my game data from the server (My level 35 rider, all of my progress along with my bikes and their paints). Although Uplay finally made a connection with the servers, the bunker still didn't work,so I decided to play with the slot machine in the meantime. When I finished the race something strange happened; the timer on the race didn't record my time, it was running as I was playing the race but at the end it showed 0 0.000 as if I didn't raced at all. I went back to the town and tried to play it again, I chose the slots machine mission but instead it started the game all over from the prologue. And when I finished the track, it didn't go on to the next one, it just made me play it all over. By the third time I just closed the game, deleted it and reinstalled it all over again. This time I went through the prologue again, but when I logged in on my Uplay account it did not retrieve any of my data. I don't know what to do and I don't want to think I just lost everything and have to start from scratch. Plus, everytime I want to star over, after a few tracks the game restarts itself, and it forces me to play the prologue again, and again and again...

What can I do to solve this problem? I really really like this game, it's great and super fun but I don't want to lose all my progress and this problem makes it impossible for me to start over too so... Any help anyone? I'm desperate

What kind of Android device are you playing on and what version of Android OS are you running?

I'm using a Genesis tablet model GT 8320, and it runs with android 4.2.1
