I have found FC4 to be one of the most beautiful games of 2014, graphics are WoW (specially on PC with DSR), lot and lot of fun, speeches are very funny, panomaric views are very very nice...BUT! and hear me Ubisoft, why didn't you integrate the high mountain missions places into the map?
It would have been the best game in history if we could go on foot(mountain climbing) or with a sherpa to Everest or other high places and conquer outposts up there.
Why didn't you do it?
Please do a DLC that will do it, please!!
SURE!!! Why not. The world is your oyster. Life should never be 2 dimensional. Get to the highest peak and look out over all the miniscule problems you have and realize that in the grand scheme of things, everything looks more clear from a higher vantage point. amiright?Originally Posted by Patu Go to original post
Someone posted about a "hidden location" where you could climb very high off the mapped area, and see the north and south regions. It was purported to be all snow, so it sounds like what we are looking for. Unfortunately, the search engine here is a bit weak, and I can't seem to find that post again.
There you go: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...1#post10571783 - No outposts there though so it is not what JeffLiban wanted.Originally Posted by Far_Cry2_Fan Go to original post
People don't realize that adding several kilometers of height to the map would mean that there wouldn't be a PC powerfull enough to run this game.
The ironic thing is, because of Ubi having pulled off the illusion of an expansive Himalayan area, a lot of players are fooled into thinking this would be easy.Originally Posted by Patu Go to original post
You'd think with all the performance problems of the game even as is, they would be more realistic, but no, they get caught up in their fantasies.
Gaming, esp PC gaming, is already suffering enough from a serious lack of realists, even at the development end. More often than not technical problems are created by trying to put too much into a game in too little time.
