£8 for an outfit?!
Jeez, did the other special bundles cost that much? No wonder I didn't buy the Pumpkin King one.
I reckon the outfit should be purchasable on its own. I've no use for a bunch of coins and gems.

If you don't need the gems or coins, then you shouldn't buy it. The less people buy these "deals", the lower they will be forced to price them.

I think that £8 is too high for an IAP to be palatable to most consumers. If they had bundled it as 300,000 coins + 100 gems + costume and paint job for £4 then I would be tempted.
When they halved the price of the gems during Christmas I bought two packs instead of one, just to show UBI that it is better to pile them high and sell them cheap than to over-price things and hardly sell any.
I won't be buying the current pack and I didn't buy the Halloween one either (mainly because I never want to see another pumpkin again in my life) but honestly, UBI need to start offering better value for money and fix people's broken bikes before I give them another penny.
