I'm really confused what the issue is here. Everyone is upset they are racing against good players?

Dont think I am upset, but it does look like they tightened it up some; I had a similar experience at lunch today; almost all showdowns were within 2 ranks. I think thats a good thing. If this keeps up it will mean that Legends wont be able to affect non-legend play nearly as much until you are within 2 ranks or so, instead of 5 ranks....

No my problem is they are matching me with people 100x better than me.

conspiracy theory innit. the system knows how truly crap we are and is having a laugh at us!..
in fact, those rides aren't even live players, they're just machines created by Bunker to make you feel miserable

I have another issue here, matches cannot start within 2 hours!
I started about 25 showdowns, and 14 of them are still in the "Waiting.." state. Does anybody has the same?
currently rank 5 (was 14, bet all 15 previous showdowns)

P.S. finally I have opponents from top-20 on Android: GTDave, moudamepo, MaTi_SpOrT!

Basically, the problem is that it matches you up with similar rank, not similar bike upgrades. It doesn't bother me as I am upgraded pretty well, but I have a buddy who is pissed. He was fine during season one, getting matched with low bike players like him, now he can't win a thing since he is basically racing people like me who will smoke him every time without even really trying.

No one available within your ranks -2 and +2 and all available within showdown with you,after current batch is done,again you will face same people most probably !!!!

The new matchmaking system is sooo bad. It seems like its so super tight that you are always matched up with the same opponents. I had 5! showdowns in waiting process for hours! Once i finished two showdowns i got instantly rematched against the same 2 guys. Hell yeah, this game is getting boring! Dont think i will finish this season!

the only question is: If the matchmaking is really supertight, why do i have to play against gtdave?! I am lvl 7... F*ck off!
