ok i got it i have clear the game data and start game form the beggining and then login in to the u play again and now everything is OK

For IOS at least, the devs said this was their recommended way to solve the problem. Here is dev post:

Lol I was gonna name my new one "Android Update!" but I decided that would get confusing. Check it out though, I gotz the questionzz!

On topic: I had no issues with the download...maybe it's a problem with certain devices? I hope you get it resolved quick, the season is only about 3 weeks long!

I have to clear my cache a every week or two as Trials starts to take up 3.8gb. I do play it a lot though!
